Borski Farms was the first CSA farm in Utah!
John Borski, of Borski Farms, has been farming for more than 20 years, starting on land owned by his grandmother. He farms on eight acers in Davis and Morgan Counties. He has been farming the Davis County location for 22 years.
Borski Farms uses organic and sustainable farming practices, but like many organic farmers in Utah, they are not certified.
Borski’s typically offers 200-300 15 week shares per season. One full size share is enough produce for two adults. The bagged shares contain 4-6 different types of fruits and vegetables per week. They do not offer ½ shares. The first shares of the season include herbs.
Pick up locations are in Salt Lake, Bountiful, Kaysville and Ogden. Home delivery is offered in Kaysville for a $10.00 fee. Shares cost $240.00 each.

CSA Utah would like to thank Borski Farms for sponsoring us this year. We appreciate the support!
“Borski Farms has a long history in Utah. We were a founding farmer at the Salt Lake Farmer’s Market, as well as one of the first organic farms in Utah, and we also had the first CSA program in Utah.” – John Borski
